How to get personalization right
- Check spelling twice. We engrave and print exactly what you type, including capitals and spacing.
- Use a good photo. Clear, in focus, good light, faces filling the frame. Phone photos are fine.
- Ship straight to them. Enter their address at checkout and add a gift note in the cart; we include it in the parcel.
- Order early. Orders ship in 1 business day, but carriers get busy in December.

For 2026, order by Tuesday, December 8 for delivery anywhere in Canada (Wednesday, December 16 for Toronto, Ottawa and Southwest Ontario cities) and by Wednesday, December 9 for the United States. Every piece is made to order in our studio in Brampton, Ontario, Canada.
Is shipping free?
Yes. Standard shipping is free on every order to Canada and the contiguous United States. US orders may be charged import duties by the carrier on delivery.
Will the engraving wear off?
No. Wood and steel are laser engraved and glass is laser etched to a frosted finish, so the design is permanent. We recommend hand washing glassware.
