How personalization works

- How to personalize: choose your wood, then fill in your baby's name and birth date in the personalization fields above. We engrave exactly what you type, including spelling, spacing and capitals, so please check your text before you order.
- Size & materials: the smooth birch disc is 3 in (76 mm) round and 3 mm thick with a clean, even face. The natural bark slice is about 3 to 3.5 in across and 10 mm thick, with growth rings and a bark edge, so no two are alike. Engraved on one side. Red satin ribbon included, ready to hang.
- Engraved, not printed: your design is laser engraved into the wood as a warm brown burn, so it won't peel, rub off or fade like print or vinyl.
- Gift ideas: a first Christmas ornament for new parents, a baby shower or christening gift, or a keepsake from grandparents for a new grandchild.
